RETURN and EXCHANGE:
Due to Sanitary and other wellness reasons, all sales are final and will not be returned or exchanged. A replacement of damaged and /or missing items may only be accepted once it has been determined by KHOLD AER that your order has damaged or missing items only.
DAMAGED and MISSING PRODUCT:
In the event you receive a product that presents as damaged and /or missing, please message KHOLDAER@GMAIL.COM with your order number and a clear image of the damaged product within 72 hours of receiving your order, or it will be presumed as accurate. Any product resolved as damaged and/or missing by KHOLD AER, a complimentary replacement will be issued for the value of the original product purchased.
CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS:
Once an order is placed and has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Exceptions will be made for cancellation only if the order has not shipped and left the warehouse. To cancel an order, please contact us at KHOLDAER@GMAIL.COM within 24 hours and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for payment to process.
DELIVERY:
You are solely responsible for all shipping and delivery costs for the delivery method selected by you when placing your order. You authorize us to bill such shipping and delivery costs to your Payment Account. Because of the many possible variables of an order, on-line shipping charges may not calculate properly in the check-out process. In this case, shipping charges may be billed separately from your order, and you authorize us to bill such shipping and delivery costs to your Payment Account. Once an order is placed, it is given a specific order ID#.
KHOLD AER will not be held responsible for packages lost or stolen, including, without limitation, lost or stolen merchandise that resulted from you choosing incorrect delivery address or zip codes. Once the package is in the possession of the carrier, if your package is stolen or lost, please contact the carrier to resolve any delivery issues. Be advised, tracers and investigations filed with the delivery carrier can take weeks to be resolved.
